Ash Wardle

Our beautiful Ashley Anne Wardle, born May 4, 1982 to Karen Lonnette Christensen and Kim Barron Wardle, passed away on November 29, 1995 in a tragic accident.

Ashley was full of life and loved to live it to the fullest. Her smile could light up the world. She was a loving and giving person, she was easy to forgive and forgave just as easily. Ashley loved people and made friends easily. Ashley was athletic, she loved drama and she loved to dance, but most of all she loved her family. Ashley was an 8th grade student at Olympus Jr. High. and member of the Winder 5th Ward.

She is survived by her parents; second Mom Karen Naef Wardle; second Dad Rick Steed; her sister Wendi and four brothers, Christopher, Andrew, Bradley and Ryan Housley; grandparents, Rulon C. and Floretta Christensen; Marjorie Wardle, Bernice Naef and great-grandmother Etta Ridd. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Wayne Wardle.

Ashley we love you and can't wait to see your smile, twinkling eyes and hear your laughter.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 4, 1995 at 11 a.m. at the Winder 5th Ward Chapel, 1361 East 4000 South, Salt Lake City. Friends may call on Sunday, December 3, 1995 from 6-8 p.m. at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 South Highland Drive and on Monday 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services at the church. Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
